Some commodities require approvals or special packing. Others are not allowed at all. Check before you ship.

Restricted items need prior approval, documents, or packaging.Prohibited items cannot be shipped at all.
Restricted (allowed with conditions)
Pre-approval, MSDS, licenses, or special packing/labeling may be required.
- Lithium batteries & devices (limits by Wh / cells, UN spec, short-circuit protection)
- Liquids, gels, perfumes, aerosols (volume limits, leak-proof packing, declaration)
- Chemicals & lab samples (MSDS, UN number, proper classification)
- Magnets, powders, cosmetics, food/supplements (screening, labeling, origin rules)
- Medical devices, electronics with batteries (specs, safety marks, country rules)
- High-value items & jewelry (declared value, insurance, KYC/permits)
Note: Airline and destination rules vary. We confirm documents/limits case by case.
Prohibited (not allowed)
Shipping is not possible; attempts may cause seizure, fines, or prosecution.
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, toxic substances
- Explosives, fireworks, radioactive materials
- Weapons, ammunition, weapon parts
- Counterfeit money, documents, or branded goods
- Unreported currency, gold bars/coins beyond legal limits
- Human remains, body parts, certain biological samples
Some categories are outright banned by carriers or destination law regardless of packaging.
Quick guidance
- Provide commodity, exact contents, weight, and dimensions. Attach photos if possible.
- For chemicals, DG, batteries, liquids, or perfumes: share MSDS/specs early for review.
- Some goods may ship via air cargo but not express; routing depends on airline/country rules.

- Commercial invoice, packing list
- MSDS for DG, chemical, or aerosol products
- Licenses/permits for restricted categories
- KYC/ID and authorization where required
