Quotes are estimates; orders become binding when confirmed. Changes may affect price and timelines.

Prices exclude taxes/duties unless stated. Invoices are due as specified; late payments may incur charges.

Transit times are estimates. Risk of loss may transfer at handover to carrier depending on Incoterms or agreement.

You are responsible for lawful contents, accurate declarations, and compliance with sanctions/export controls.

All site content and software are protected; limited, revocable license granted for normal use.

Services are provided “as is”; we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks; you may stop using the services at any time.

We may update Terms; material changes will be effective upon posting and indicated by the updated date.

These Terms are governed by applicable law of our place of establishment; exclusive venue as set out on the site.

Parties will attempt informal resolution; where allowed, disputes may be subject to arbitration or courts of the chosen venue.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver unless in writing.
